Simultaneous measurement of serum 25-hydroxycholecalciferol and 25-hydroxyergocalciferol.

摘要: A method for the selective measurement of serum 25-hydroxycholecalciferol and 25-hydroxyergocalciferol has been developed. The two hydroxysecosteroids were measured in a control group ambulatory patients treated chronically with anticonvulsant drugs. In both groups levels followed log normal distribution. No significant difference could be elicited between either hydroxysecosteroid. Furthermore data shows how important is dietary source vitamin D our environment.
