摘要: A double-functionalized polymer monolithic column was fabricated within the confines of a stainless-steel (50 mm × 4.6 i.d.) via facile method using iron porphyrin, ionic liquid (1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride) and 1,10-decanediol dimethacrylate as tri-monomers; ethylene crosslinker; polyethylene glycol 400 N,N-dimethylformamide co-porogens; benzoyl peroxide N,N-dimethyl aniline redox initiation system. Results obtained from scanning electron microscopy, nitrogen adsorption-desorption, mercury intrusion porosimetry confirmed uniform pore structure size distribution macro-pores. The home-made monolith further characterized by elemental analysis to investigate composition Fe supplied confirming synthetic process. resulting optimized used stationary phase in high performance chromatography for separating proteins, such mixture standard egg white, human plasma, exhibiting good selectivity performance. It is worth noting that shows excellent fractionation separation plasma it promising tool complex bio-samples proteomic research.
