摘要: In the present study, we investigated role of transcription factor RUNX2 in melanomagenesis. We demonstrated that expression transcriptionally active was increased melanoma cell lines as compared with human melanocytes. Using a tissue microarray, showed levels were higher cells nevic knockdown significantly decreased Focal Adhesion Kinase expression, and inhibited their growth, migration invasion ability. Finally, pro-hormone cholecalciferol reduced transcriptional activity cells, further suggesting migration.
