摘要: Experiments upon muscular fatigue in -year-old rainbow trout (Salmo gairdneri) were carried out at the hatchery Summerland, British Columbia during summers of 1958 and 1959. Observations made on hemoglobin, water content muscle whole blood, liver glycogen, pyruvate lactate muscle, blood liver. Experimental conditions included 30 min moderate activity, 2–15 min severe exercise, recovery up to 24 hr following 15 min exercise. The results for glycogen similar those reported earlier. Muscle was depleted 50% or more first 2 min activity. Correlated with this rapid depletion a sudden accumulation lactate. Pyruvate likewise increased blood.
