摘要: In this paper an equivalent circuit model is employed in the characterization of impedance measurements saline solutions at physiological glucose concentrations. The data are obtained using a three electrodes cell configuration since it allows measuring potential accurately working electrode independently from counter electrode. As excitation signal odd random phase multisine which identifying best linear approximation, noise level and non-linear distortions present system. results show significant change as function interphase electrode-electrolyte well bulk solution. This important step towards development measurement systems based electrochemical spectroscopy (EIS).
