摘要: While most applications of bio-impedance measurements for characterization cells or tissue do not have any time requirements, newer developments like real monitoring moving membrane recovery after high voltage application depend on fast measurement. This is compatible with sweeping the frequency through desired range while assessing magnitude and phase material under test (MUT). A speed only achievable by using broad-bandwidth excitation signals response in time-domain. Time-domain based methods can be distinguished as well transmission reflection behavior MUT. Although there good agreement regarding advantages measurements, time-domain are often rejected because low precision noise sensitivity. paper points impedance domain but shows also drawbacks together possible solutions.
