摘要: Abstract Human leukocyte interferon (HLIF) was found to be more active on cat cells than human cells; fibroblast less cross-reactive. Treatment of HLIF with SDS under reducing conditions did not affect its activity cells, but destroyed most homologous activity. After SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis unreduced HLIF, reside in the two molecular populations which were (MW about 15,000 and 21,000). treatment conditions, MW population entirely reactivated for completely abolished cells. The data suggest that certain interferons can modified attain a conformation which, though inactive is fully able induce antiviral heterologous Also, molecules high little or no appear present HLIF.
