摘要: Abstract Apoptosis is a chief regulator of cellular homeostasis. Impairment apoptotic machinery main characteristic several diseases such as cancer, where the evasion apoptosis cardinal hallmark cancer. regulated by contribution pro- and anti- proteins, caspases are executioners machinery. IAP (inhibitors proteins) family endogenous inhibitors apoptosis, which perform their function through interference with caspases. Smac (second mitochondria-derived activator caspases) inhibitor IAPs, thus it one major proapoptotic proteins. Thus, development mimetics has evolved an approach for anticancer therapy. Several mimetic agents have been introduced to clinical trial birinapanet 12. Herein, history along recent in this field briefly discussed.
