PARTICLE PRODUCTION BY 2.9-Bev PROTONS INCIDENT ON BERYLLIUM AND PLATINUM

摘要: Differential cross sections as a function of momentum are presented for the production π mesons, K protons, deuterons, tritons, and He3 at various laboratory angles by 2.9-BeV protons striking Be Pt targets. The data were taken 13°, 30°, 60°, 93° relative to direction Princeton-Pennsylvania Accelerator internal proton beam; 13° only. results compared with corresponding in hydrogen order investigate role complex nucleus particle this energy.
