摘要: Abstract The Materials and Life Science Facility (MLF) is currently under construction at J-PARC in Tokai, Japan. facility houses both muon (graphite) neutron (mercury) production targets, located the end of 3 GeV proton beamline. Super Omega beamline (one four secondary beamlines) extends 45° into backward angles to transport surface μ+ cloud μ− experimental hall 2. Once completed, it will produce highest intensity pulsed beam world, with 4×108 μ+/s 107 μ−/s, which be used for a variety purposes such as experiments muon-catalyzed fusion ultra-slow muons. consists normal-conducting capture solenoids, superconducting Dai Omega-type axial focusing magnet.
