摘要: Abstract Low pH and high salinity characteristic of produced water (PW) posed a big challenge for the direct biological treatment. The immobilization R. qingshengii strain FF, which degraded petroleum effectively under low pH, application immobilized FF in treating mimic PW was studied this work. on surface polyethylene foam (PEF), one type waste packaging materials, optimized using response methodology. Under optimum conditions, cell density PEF reached 388 mg (cells)/g(PEF). In addition, few factors, including hydraulic retention time (HRT), salinity, were FF. result study demonstrated that TPH degradation efficiency by above 90% when HRT longer than 8 h. Weak acid conditions only moderately decreased TPH. Asphalt, alkanes aromatic hydrocarbon contained can be to some extent. These results indicated used as highly efficient could treatment real PW.
