摘要: Abstract The involvement of brain histamine (HA) in Δ 9 -tetrahydrocannabinol ( -THC) tolerance and dependence was studied rats. Rats treated for 5 days with -THC (2–6 mg/kg, IV) developed to the hypothermic effects drug. Tolerance also over day period decrease regional HA concentrations observed after an acute injection -THC. Administration tricyclic antidepressant drug clomipramine hydrochloride tolerant rats induced a withdrawal-like behavioural syndrome. Accompanying this behaviour fall midbrain, cortex, medulla oblongata/pons cerebellum. -THC, but not vehicle, prior challenge attenuated both intensity syndrome reductions concentration.
