摘要: The effects of the biogenic amine reuptake inhibitors fluoxetine, clomipramine and imipramine on behaviour rats after chronic treatment with Δ9 tetrahydrocannabinol (Δ9-THC) for 5 10 days were examined. Rats permanently in-dwelling IV cannulae injected twice daily doses Δ9-THC (2–6 mg/kg). reduced rate body weight gain induced typical biphasic modifications behaviour. Tolerance developed to both these effects. On 6 11 experiment, IP 15 mg/kg HCl, HCl or fluoxetine behaviour, consisting writhes, backward kicks, jumps wet shakes, was observed next 30 min. Each changes in severity which appeared correlate their ability inhibit 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT). It is suggested that tryptaminergic mechanisms are involved production a withdrawal-like treatment.
