摘要: Abstract Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region was selected for studying its energy-related greenhouse gas emission features due to rich reserve of coal, crude oil and natural gas. First, GHG inventories in were presented order provide a holistic picture trajectories on emission. Then, transferred embodied exported energy products analyzed. Finally, the driving forces increment uncovered by adopting time series LMDI analysis. Results indicate that annual increased stably after 2002 reached 227.71 Mt CO 2 e 2011. Fugitive an important contributor Xinjiang׳s emission, accounting more than 8% total Transferred up 8.07 2011, 3.54% related indicating shift environmental pollution from other regions Xinjiang. Decomposition analysis shows economic activity effect key force during 1995–2011 intensity partially offset growth. Research findings propose comprehensive consideration all relevant aspects should be initiated so appropriate mitigation policies can raised considering local realities.
