摘要: Abstract This paper evaluates the feasibility of outsourcing testing and inspection activities in construction work, based on a survey interested parties an evaluation using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) with experts quality control. For AHP, five criteria were adopted number pair-wise comparisons performed two stages. Finally, weighting coefficient to approve was calculated at 0.606, suggesting it more reasonable permit rather than prohibit outsourcing. Outsourcing testing/inspection is necessary enhance objectivity expert skill, despite reduction sense responsibility among technicians inspectors. However, initiate outsourcing, first separate ‘quality inspection’ from control’ job site. Furthermore, project owner should preferably make decision outsource select agency.
