摘要: Fragmented and complex nature of construction, leads to many problems which arises everyday during the process construction. Therefore there is always a greater need for improving entire construction such as buildings better quality, reduce cost, minimization project time improve productivity. Within phase, errors occur in design phase. A relative new technology that progressively getting accepted industry Building Information Modeling (BIM), has been playing major role on management background. BIM virtual project. This paper describes an application design-construction interface. study comprised: interviews with experts, data collection from several projects implementation improvement tools. The analysis results establish both Architect Consultant firms had realized importance stage start up They have future. In future, cost build reduced through increased efficiencies reduction waste via BIM. As final thought, idea one stop solution, compared what current systems are capable off.
