摘要: This chapter will focus on “small” molecule therapeutics that demonstrate useful immunosuppressant activity including established classes such as calcineurin inhibitors (cyclosporin A and tacrolimus), mTOR (mammalian target of rapamycin) agents (sirolimus, everolimus), antiproliferative/antimetabolite (azathioprine, mycophenolic acid derivatives). also introduce some with newer pharmacology mechanisms sphingosine receptor modulation (FTY720), inhibition JAK3 (CP-690,550), PKC θ (AEB071). Other in organ transplantation glucocorticoids (such prednisone dexamethasone), nitrogen mustards cyclophosphamide), biologic muromonab-CD3, basiliximab, daclizumab) are discussed elsewhere.
