摘要: Regeneration of white spruce (Picea glauca) somatic embryos from protoplasts derived an embryogenic suspension culture was accomplished using a medium containing 2 mgl(-1) 2,4-D and 1 6-BAP. Divisions within days led to plating efficiencies in the order 24% after 9 days. A reduction osmoticum, necessary for sustained growth, carried out gradually over 30 Embedding agarose 5 cm petri dishes prior transfer blocks bead type culture, formation as early 23 isolation yielded 5-10% 35 culture.
