摘要: Publisher Summary Cells require one or more growth factors hormones before they can express and maintain their fully differentiated function. This chapter describes the biosynthesis mechanism of action nerve factor. Nerve factor (NGF) plays roles that are important throughout life cycle responsive neurons. The axons from developing sensory sympathetic neurons in vivo maintenance state these NGF. There is also growing evidence NGF may have a chemotactic role guiding direction axons. discusses ability to induce morphological differentiation PC 12 cells.
