摘要: In order to clarify the roles of different protein kinase A (PKA) isoforms during pathogenesis, a gene coding catalytic subunit PKA (PKA-c) S. turcica was predicted from genome database. addition, transcriptional profile formation invasive structure studied through qPCR.
