摘要: In order to clarify the roles of different protein kinase A (PKA) isoforms during pathogenesis, a gene coding catalytic subunit PKA (PKA-c) S. turcica was predicted from genome database. addition, transcriptional profile formation invasive structure studied through qPCR. Results showed that StpkaC2 harbored an ORF 1209 bp encoded PKA-c with its 402 amino acid residues. Phylogenetic analysis revealed and StpkaC1 belonged clusters. Gene expression patterns germ tube 2.2 times higher than at conidial phase (control), but decreased slightly appressoria mature stages infection. During intrusive filament stage, increased levels were 4.2 control. Instead, mRNA similar 0, 3, 6 12 hpi. However, 24 hpi, 3.2 suggest is more active formation, stages. Conversely, both are important hyphae stage.
