摘要: Aims:  To investigate the adhesion of lactobacilli and their subsequent competitive exclusion ability against pathogens. Methods Results:  Four species putative probiotic were studied for abilities. First, to Caco-2 cells was examined by light electron microscopy. The four then labelled [methyl-3H] thymidine porcine intestinal mucus determined radioactivity. tested showed best on ileal compared with duodenal jujenal mucus. Oxidative compound pre-treatment (NaIO3 NaIO4) dramatically decreased Pre-treating proteolytic enzymes (proteinase K trypsin) resulted in increase Lactobacillus serotype Reuteri I2021, but results other variable. Fermentum I5007 greatest potential exerted Salmonella Escherichia. Conclusions:  Adhesion is species-specific. Lactobacilli higher index have better ability. Significance Impact Study:  This study suggests that there a positive correlation between lactobacilli. Additionally, vitro assay feasible way screen unknown lactobacilli, potentially future industrial applications.
