摘要: Well-ordered Au-nanorod arrays were fabricated using the focused ion beam method (denoted as fibAu_NR). Au or Ag nanoclusters (NCs) of various sizes and dimensions then deposited on fibAu_NR electron deposition to improve surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) effect, which was verified a low concentration crystal violet (10(-)(5)M) probe molecule. An enhancement factor 6.92 × 10(8) obtained for NCsfibAu_NR, is attributed combination intra-NC NR localized surface plasmon resonance. When 4-aminobenzenethiol (4-ABT)-coated nanoparticles (NPs) attached small gaps between 4-ABT-coated NPs intra-NCs allowed detection at single-molecule level. Hotspots formed interfaces NCs/NRs NPs/NCs high density, producing strong local electromagnetic effect. spectra from as-prepared type I collagen (Col-I) Ag-NP-coated Col-I fibers NCsfibAu_NR compared determine quantity amino acids in their triple helix structure. Various concentrations matrix-metalloproteinase-9-digested qualitatively examined laser wavelength 785nm changes fiber The results can be used monitor growth healing micro-environment.
