摘要: Abstract Crystalline phase evolution through merely adjusting composition was achieved in silicate glass ceramics containing Lu n O n-1 F n+2 (n = 5–10) nanocrystals. Orthorhombic or cubic nanocrystals were precipitated the aluminosilicate matrix after thermal treatment together with varying Na 2 O/NaF ratio. Oxyfluoride quasi-spherical shape show homogenous and dense distribution by transmission electron microscopy measurement. Intense upconversion mid-infrared emissions realized these compared to precursor glass, emission spectral shapes, relative intensity fluorescence decay curves of Er 3+ LuOF embedded samples exhibit remarkable differences due crystal dependent effect ceramics. These results indicate that crystallization luminescence properties oxyfluoride could be modified alteration composition, which used for development novel design luminescent properties.
