摘要: Abstract Long noncoding RNAs (LncRNAs) have been reported to play vital roles in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Recently, LncRNA/VPS9D1-AS1 has be overexpressed various cancers. In this study, we aimed investigate its expression pattern and clinical significance further evaluate prognostic value for NSCLC. VPS9D1-AS1 was examined 184 NSCLC patients using a highly sensitive situ hybridization protocol (RNAscope), the values were correlated with clinicopathological features. Another cohort including 12 used validate differential of by qRT-PCR. TCGA datasets main findings. We found that levels significantly higher tissues than paired normal from both squamous carcinoma (SCC) adenocarcinoma (ADC) (P
