摘要: An electrochromic cell is disclosed which can include a first electrically conducting transparent electrode bonded to an electrochemically formed on the surface of electrode; second and gel polymer electrolyte from one or more macromomoners mixed with plasticizer salt, in contact both electrodes; electrodes are separated each other.
