摘要: Provided is an electrochromic device (ECD) that includes: a first transparent electrode having substrate thereon electrically conductive layer; second polymeric layer on the electrode, wherein includes cathodic polymer and non-electrochromic matrix; anodic electrolyte disposed between layer. Also provided process of producing ECDs, as well layers themselves.
