摘要: The chromosomal breakpoint of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) cells the B-cell type carrying translocated long arms chromosomes 11 and 14 [t(11;14) (q13;q32)] was cloned. found to be within joining segment human heavy chain locus on arm chromosome 14. A probe that is specific for maps immediately 5' 14q+ isolated. detected a rearrangement homologous genomic DNA in parental CLL also from diffuse large cell lymphoma with t(11;14) translocation.
