摘要: Abstract Chromoblastomycosis (CBM) is a skin and subcutaneous infection caused by species of seven fungal genera. Identification CBM performed DNA sequencing one or more genes, which becomes time-consuming work. Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) has been used for the identification other microorganisms, however, only genus was evaluated FTIR analysis to date. Therefore, study aimed differentiate agents at genera level using supervised Internal Transcribed Spacer (ITS) rDNA region. Seventy-seven isolates main five were prepared Attenuated Total Reflection (ATR-FTIR) with new methodology slices dry fungus in glass fixing-modeling proposed this study. The algorithm Hierarchical Cluster Analysis (HCA) analyze differences similarities between through spectra. Orthogonal Partial Least Square Discriminant (OPLS-DA) allowed correctly classify all samples ATR-FTIR/OPLS-DA models highlighted important contributions regions attributed NH OH stretching, amide I proteins, polysaccharides bands fingerprint region complete differentiation investigated. Thus, can be fast inexpensive alternative agents.
