摘要: Objective To study the effects of nerocutneous vessels on perforator flap blood supply and survival area. Methods Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. The vasculature nerve disposition rat dorsum was performed with 10 one group. According to study,a distal rectangle neurocutaneous based deep circumflex iliac artery perforator, cm long in width, elevated rest rats, sutured back original situation. axis experimental group's paralleles posterior median line, while control group flap's angulated about 30° it. flow assessed by fluorescein angiography 1st 7th day after surgery. surviving rate capillary density Results a constant artery, an nutrition area 4 cm× cm. dorsal cutaneous nerves run along dorsomedian line, nourished rich vessels. perfusion surgery 42.85% group, 37.94% group(P > 0.01 ).On day, it 84.07% 58.55% (P< 0.01). mean 83.93%, higher than 59.95% (P<0.01),and group's. Conclusion can improve condition, which make bigger safer. Key words: Nerocutaneous vessel; Surgical flap; Deep artery; Perforator flap; Microsurgery
