摘要: Repairing soft tissue loss in feet's anterior and middle parts has become a problem, especially for children. We observed the feasibility clinical effects of superficial peroneal fasciocutaneous flap pedicled with terminal perforating branches artery repairing children's feet. Between January 2015 December 2016, regions feet were repaired using 8 children median age 6.5 [4–9, interquartile range (IQR) = 3] years. The skin lower leg was intact, area located size 5 cm × 4 cm to 11 cm × 7 cm combined exposure tendons joints all On basis conditions above, there no indications free grafting. Foot wounds (6 cm × 5 cm 12 cm × 8 cm), then donor sutured narrow followed by intermediate split thickness graft. branch trunk used as rotation point (4 cm above lateral malleolus) 5 descending (2 cm under 3 children. All flaps survived primary healing Postoperative 7.5-month (3–12, IQR = 4.5) follow-up indicated that color texture fine, appearances recipient areas satisfactory, wearing shoes not affected, walking function foot blood circulation normal. For intractable feet, can improve appearance because it characteristics reliable supply convenient rotation. It is worth this method widely clinics.
