摘要: Soft tissue defects of the distal lower extremities are challenging. The purpose this paper is to present our experiences with free peroneal artery perforator flap for reconstruction soft extremity. Nine flaps were used reconstruct between April 2006 and October 2011. All leg foot reconstruction. Peroneal ranged in size from 2 cm × 4 6 12 cm. length vascular pedicle Recipient vessels were: medial plantar seven cases, dorsalis pedis vessel one, metatarsal one. survived completely, a success rate 100%. Advantages that there no need sacrifice any main leg, minimal morbidity at donor site. This may be useful patients small medium feet. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Microsurgery 34:629–632, 2014.
