Symptoms of inherited factor V deficiency in 35 Iranian patients

摘要: The type of bleeding symptom has been evaluated in 35 Iranian patients with an inherited deficiency factor V, plasma levels between 1% and 10%. most frequent symptoms included epistaxis excessive after surgery. Haemarthroses muscle haematomas were less common, even severely deficient patients. More severe such as gastrointestinal central nervous system rare. severity was only partially related to the degree V plasma. On whole, human is characterized by a moderately phenotype.
