Method and apparatus for automatic balancing of modem resources

摘要: A method for dynamically changing the polling process of a single microprocessor within modem. An additional step is added into main loop that checks amount data in transmit and receive buffers. If one buffer empty, cycles are performed to service other buffer. The number dependent on how full is. both buffers contain data, no change made serviced with equal priority.
