摘要: We report the use of axonal transport to achieve intraneural drug delivery. constructed a novel tripartite complex an facilitator conjugated linker molecule bearing up hundred reversibly attached molecules. The efficiently enters nerve terminals after intramuscular or intradermal administration and travels within processes neuron cell bodies. agent provided 100-fold amplification saturable neural uptake events, delivering multiple molecules per complex. in vivo, analgesic delivery systemic non-targeted tissues was greatly reduced compared existing routes administration, thus exemplifying possibility specific root targeting effectively increasing potency candidate gabapentin 300-fold relative oral administration.
