摘要: The objective of this study was to assess the effects two types commercial suspension (leaf-spring (LS) vs. air (AS)) installed on similar double-decked trucks blood cortisol and lactate concentration, lairage behavior, carcass skin lesions pork quality traits 120 crossbred pigs. type neither influenced pig behaviour in nor concentrations (p > 0.10). However, when compared with AS system, use LS increased number back thigh = 0.03 p 0.01, respectively) produced lower pHu < 0.001) yellower colour (higher b* value; 0.03), paler muscles (subjective colour; 0.05), a tendency pH 0.06). Therefore, system can improve meat pigs transported slaughter.
