摘要: Member states of the European Union traditionally have used a variety aids to industry develop national champions, rescue major enterprises in financial trouble, and make more competitive internationally. Yet making single market operational sustaining cohesion across member with different abilities aid their industrial requires that Commission monitor state closely.
