摘要: In the present work, laccase from Trametes versicolor has been used for biografting of natural phenol syringaldehyde (SA) on surface coconut fibers. Three parameters such as concentration laccase, and incubation period have varied to optimize reaction conditions maximum biografting. Biografted fibers were characterized with FTIR, SEM, XRD techniques. Thermal, antibacterial hydrophobic properties analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), colony forming unit (CFU) moisture retention methods, respectively. An enhancement in was observed after SA. Modified a reinforcement poly(butylene succinate) matrix prepare biocomposites. Mechanical (tensile flexural strength) biocomposites evaluated universal testing machine. increase mechanical strength when reinforced biografted comparison unmodified The fractured morphology composites indicated better interlocking polymer matrix.
