摘要: Enzymatic processes provide new perspectives for modification of lignocellulose materials. In the current study, laccase catalyzed coupling long chain alkylamines to lignin model molecules and was investigated. Up two dodecylamine (DA) dihexylamine (DHA) were successfully coupled with monomers (guaiacol, catechol ferulic acid) while onto complex compounds (syringylglycerol β-guaiacyl ether, guaiacylglycerol ether dibenzodioxocin) yielded 1:1 products. Surface analysis beech veneers enzymatically grafted DA showed an increase in nitrogen content 3.18% compared 0.71% only treated controls O/C ratio decreased from 0.52 0.46. Concomitantly grafting DHA or resulted a 53.8% 84.2% hydrophobicity, respectively when simple adsorption. Therefore, laccase-mediated materials can be potentially exploited improving their hydrophobicity.
