摘要: Aim: We introduced sandwich-like culture as a tool to engineer the cellular nanoenvironment by tuning protein presentation and activation of dorsal ventral receptors. aim at studying cell migration under more similar conditions 3D physiological one. Materials & methods: have investigated different nanoenvironments changing coating using materials that adsorb proteins in conformation, seeking show their specific role migration. Results: Cell within sandwich cultures greatly differs from 2D cultures, shares some similarities with environments is highly dependent on nanoenvironment.
