摘要: The cortical cytoskeleton is a dense network of filamentous actin (F-actin) that participates in the events associated with secretion from neuroendocrine cells. This web traps secretory vesicles, acting as retention system blocks access vesicles to sites during resting state, and it mediates their active directional transport stimulation. changes drive this functional transformation have been well documented, particularly cultured chromaffin At biochemical level, alterations F-actin are governed by activity molecular motors like myosins II V other calcium-dependent proteins influence polymerization cross-linking structures. In addition modulating vesicle transport, its motor also late phases process, including membrane fusion release substances through exocytotic pore. Here, we discuss potential interactions between such SNAREs secretion. We role organizing elements required sustain regulated exocytosis, forming structure foments efficient neurotransmitters hormones.
