摘要: A light-driven electrolytic cell that uses water vapor as the feedstock and has no wires or connections whatsoever to an external electrical power source of any kind. In one embodiment, a proton exchange membrane (PEM) with IrRuOx oxidation catalyst Pt black reduction consume generate molecular oxygen chemical fuel, hydrogen. The operation using supplied by humidified carrier gas been demonstrated under varying conditions flow rate, relative humidity, presence absence oxygen. performance system was also compared when device immersed in liquid water.
