The ultrastructure of human reproduction. I. The natural history of the female germ cell: origin, migration and differentiation inside the developing ovary.

摘要: This presentation, on both printed copy and CD-ROM, summarizes a series of original data the ultrastructure human reproduction produced by our research group. In particular, female germ cell behaviour at time migration colonization gonad germ-somatic interactions inside developing ovary are reviewed from morphodynamic point view. The results mostly consist black-and-white transmission scanning electron microscopy (TEM SEM) images. Artificially coloured SEM pictures, light images drawings have also been selected for iconography to render complex microanatomical details their morphofunctional relationships more comprehensible. all, 35 presented in this article, each related concise text section accompanied self-explaining caption. A list pertinent references is provided.
