摘要: Abstract The RNAs coding for the nucleoproteins of a panel influenza isolates from human and nonhuman hosts were compared by RNA-RNA hybridization to determine extent genetic diversity this protein if related (NP) are consistenly found in viruses certain hosts. Five nucleoprotein groups defined. Group 1 contains nearly all avian viruses, group 2 includes only isolated gulls, 3 recent equine strains, 4 equine/Prague/1/56, 5 swine isolates. maintenance specific species suggests that these proteins have evolved functionally significant differences favor their replication host.
