摘要: We aimed to estimate the annual direct medical costs of South Korean systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients, and their predictors. The 2010 SLE patients in Hanyang BAE Lupus cohort Korea were assessed. information was taken directly from hospital database records, included clinical characteristics, disease activity, organ damage, healthcare utilization. Cost predictors estimated with a multivariate linear regression model. A total 749 (92.7 % female, mean age 35.7 ± 11.3 years, duration 9.6 4.9 years) studied. Their amounted USD 3305. largest component these cost medication (USD 1269, 38.4 %), followed by those diagnostic procedures tests 1177, 35.6 %). Regression analysis showed that adjusted activity index score (p < 0.0001), damage renal = 0.0039) hematologic 0.0353) involvement associated increased costs, whereas longer lower costs. Greater greater predict higher for patients. Major such as disorder also predicts
