摘要: Disease cost estimation is an important and challenging issue. It serves as the key factor of hospital control. has been a challenge to estimate disease because complexity pathology, individual differences treatment process, adverse drug reaction, complications. Especially in some high risk noise diseases there another from small sample poor data. Grey relational analysis kind effective method study sample, In this paper, improved model based on grey case-based reasoning proposed cost. Firstly, similarity attributes calculated through method. And then optimal attribute weights found with cuckoo search algorithm are few cases matching target case according historical database case. At last accuracy using experimental simple appendicitis disease, cesarean section, heart bypass surgery compared three models respectively Euclidean distance, Angle cosine, Mahalanobis distance. The best precision, especially noise.
