摘要: This paper presents a new start-up calibration method for current-steering D/A converters, based on 1-bit ADC. The proposes current cell that allows of non-identical sources by way shared apparatus. uses parallel self-calibrated unit elements. Each these is calibrated individually and when all combined together, the accuracy improved. independent DAC architecture hence an extra degree design freedom exists. A minimal area solution can be found through optimizing strength, since not only applicable to identical thermometer segmented DACs. general discussion offered conclusions are drawn.
