摘要: Assimilation of lipid nutrients depends on the efficiency emulsified fat hydrolysis by digestive lipases. As shown in vitro, activity preduodenal and pancreatic lipases is governed physicochemical properties emulsions. Thus aim this study was to evaluate rat how emulsions are digested assimilated depending their droplet size or solute composition. Fasted rats were intragastrically tube fed with different median sizes (0.6 μm, fine; 22 coarse) composition (0.8 complex fine) containing 14C-triolein 3 H-cholesterol. Two 5 hours after feeding, fat-droplet measured gastric duodenal contents, lipids radioactively quantified compartments.
