摘要: : The data presented in this paper were obtained by a survey involving 573 New Zealand Vietnam veterans. It represents the first comprehensive report on mental and physical health of community sample these ex-service personnel. Although most veterans reasonably healthy for their age, small proportion was substantially worse off than veteran peers, reporting relatively low levels psychological wellbeing, high distress post-traumatic stress disorder, greater number severity symptoms, lower self-rated status, making more frequent contacts with care providers.
