摘要: Background: Poor clinical handover creates discontinuities in care leading to patient harm. However, the field of research continues lack standardised definitions and reliable measurement tools identify factors that would lead harm reduction improved safety strategies. Objective: This paper introduces a conceptual framework underpin agenda around important topic handover. Methods: Five frameworks with potential application were identified consultation process clinicians, researchers policy makers.
