摘要: Prenatal exposure to bisphenol A (BPA), an estrogenic compound, has been shown alter postnatal development at environmentally relevant level. To elucidate these low dose effects of preimplatation BPA, two-cell mouse embryos were cultured with 1 nM BPA. More exposed BPA than controls reached the blastocyst stage. When blastocysts or without transferred uterine horns pseudopregnant recipient mice not treated number pups per litter and body weight birth did differ. At weaning on day 21, however, during preimplantation period significantly heavier controls. These findings suggest that may only affect early embryonic even low, doses, but also exert late development.
